Shipping Policy

Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of the order being received. We use USPS and UPS to ship most of our orders, depending on the size and weight of the package. If you qualify for free shipping, there will be no charge to you and we will find the most cost-effective method to ship the product(s) to you. If you do not qualify for free shipping, we will charge you the cost of shipping based on weight, size, and distance with the charge being noted in your invoice. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product(s) as fast as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery time. During the holidays, please allow extra time to receive your product(s) due to the volume of packages being shipped by all carriers.

Shipping Notifications

Once your order is scheduled for shipping you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped along with the carrier being used and a tracking number. You will also be able to see the tracking number on your invoice that will also be emailed to you. Email notifications are contingent on you providing us with your valid email address.
