We ship via UPS or Fedex in the Continental U.S. so be sure to provide an appropriate street address including any suite, apartment, or unit number. Shipping charges (if applicable) on continental U.S. orders are included in the order total in the checkout process. For international orders actual shipping charges will be charged to your credit card when your order is shipped. To get the best rates, you can email us with your order and location and we will get you the actual international rates. If you there are any special instructions for your delivery, please indicate this during the checkout process. Please double check your billing and shipping addresses. There is a $15.00 address correction fee that will be charged to your credit card if the address you provide is incorrect.

When can I expect my order?

Orders generally ship within 24 hours of receipt. You will receive tracking information via email when it does ship. If you have not received this email be sure to check your spam or junk folder - we hate it when that happens! If you still are anxious, give us a call and we will check on your order.

Delivery time is based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it is impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.

Is there a minimum order?

No! However, you get free shipping (within the Continental U.S.) on orders over $15.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping costs on domestic orders are based on the invoice total. Orders under $15.01 pay $2.00; orders over $15 ship FREE! International shipments pay the actual amount of shipping and are charged when the order is shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

YES! Actual shipping will be added to International orders when the order is processed. There will be an additional charge to your credit card or a separate invoice will be generated, if paying with PayPal, for these charges. Feel free to contact us prior to placing your order to receive a quote for the shipping.

To comply with US Export regulations, we cannot ship to Bolivia, Cuba, Falkland Island (Malvinas), Iran, Libya, North Korea (DPRK), Somalia, South Korea, Sudan, Syria, Uruguay.

Do I have to set up an account?

No. You may purchase anything from our store as a Guest. The benefits of setting up an account are:

How do I create an account?

During the checkout process you will be asked to provide all your billing and shipping information and a password. (This must be at least 6 characters.) That's it! In the event you lose your password, this can be reset by you.

How do I check my order status?

Hover over the Customer Service tab and click on "Check your order status" to go to the secure login screen. Once logged in click on "Orders" to display all your orders and view the status. From here you can reorder or can click on any invoice number to display the invoice or print a copy of the invoice for your records.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards for American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. PayPal is also available. We accept checks or money orders drawn on U.S. banks. Send your payment along with your order and shipping information to:

May I return a product?

If the item was purchased at a retail store you will need to check with them and their return policy. If the item was purchased direct from Health and Wisdom you may return it to us within 15 days for a product refund. Please include a note with your name, address and phone number in addition to a copy of the original invoice. Briefly explain why you are returning the item and whether you'd like a refund or exchange for another item. If we have any further questions regarding your return, we will contact you as soon as possible. Repackage the merchandise and return via ground service of your choice or USPS to:
