I had dry and cracked feet. After rubbing on feet daily for less than a week I saw drastic improvement and less than a month my feet felt great and look 100% healthy.

My leg cramps were unbearable; the pain wasn't just at night anymore. I had a gallon of magnesium oil from Health and Wisdom that I ordered several years earlier but never tried. Finally gave in and within 5 minutes of my feet in 4oz of this miracle elixir and I was pain free and have been pain free since that day. I have shared with others with cramping in their legs and hands and they too have had zero pain since starting the soaks. I am also using it on a sore that has not gone away in 2 years. The sore is almost gone after a month of applying it to the sore. Another sore was gone after 3 days of applying magnesium oil when it hadn't healed for 3 weeks. My sleep pattern has improved. Much deeper more restful. These last few items are wonderful benefits as my initial interest was the cramps.

Magnesium Oil

When I get muscle spasms in my legs and feet I rub them down with Heath and Wisdom Inc magnesium oil, drink a cup of water and within 5-10 minutes the spasms are stopped allowing me to go back to sleep, because I usually get them when I'm sleeping, or very relaxed. Not sure if there’s any other rhyme or reason to it. But I’ve been using this brand since 2011, and I keep a spray bottle on my nightstand. In fact I’m still using the first 12oz bottle I bought at the health store! But now it’s running low, so I’m ordering a gallon to use in my foot bath and tub as well this time. I can’t say enough good about it. It’s saved me lots and lots of pain over the years It’s a little sticky at first but dries quickly, and the cost is nominal to the benefit.
