Its fine texture allows gentle exfoliation, and its astringent properties tighten the skin, close the pores, may improve skin elasticity and decrease mild inflammation.  They complement Magnesium Oils and Magnesium Bath Crystals to give even greater benefits.

Face Mask: Mix 1-2 Tbs. with equal parts Mica Powder, and add water, aloe, or a few drops of Magnesium Oil to form a paste. Avoid gentle skin around the eyes, apply to the skin of the face and allow mask to dry (about 20 minutes). Gently wash the mask off with warm water.  Apply moisturizer if the skin feels dry.  For those with sensitive skin, do a patch test first.

Bath: Add 1-2 Tbs. of Magnesium Snow to the bath to tighten and tone the skin.

Tooth Polish: If using toothpaste, apply it to toothbrush.  Then add a few drops of Magnesium Oil, followed by a pinch of Magnesium Snow.  Brush as normal.  A few drops of Magnesium Oil and a pinch of Snow can also be used to brush teeth without toothpaste if preferred.

Face Mask:  May be used weekly.  For those with dry skin, use less often.  For those with oily skin, may be used more often.

Bath: May be used up to 2-3 times weekly

Tooth Polish:  May be used more than once daily as teeth are brushed.

Avoid using on broken, inflamed, or highly sensitive skin. Rinse thoroughly after use. Take care not to breathe the fine powder. Keep out of reach of children. For sensitive individuals, patch test on a small area.
