Magnesium Oil ~ 100% absorbable!
Health And Wisdom's crystal clear, odor-free Magnesium Oil (Magnesium Chloride) is a concentrated essence of pure sea water. Magnesium Oil
does wonders as a foot soak, as a bath additive, and as a body spray to re-establish needed Magnesium in the body. Use it anywhere from a
minimum of 2 ounces up to 16 ounces daily to accomplish the first stage of
rejuvenation; raising DHEA & intercellular magnesium.*
Although this product is named Magnesium OIL, the viscosity of this actually
resembles that of water. The name was applied years ago as, once applied to the
skin, there is an appearance of oil. When you pour some into the palm of your
hand it almost 'rolls around' as oil would. Because of this, it mixes well with
other liquids - well, except OILS!! In which case it separates just as water
would when mixed with oils.
Available in 1 ounce (dropper included), 2
ounce, 4
ounce (with optional sprayer or
flip top cap), 12
ounce, and 1 Gallon (with optional pump
dispenser) bottles.
Recommendations for use:
-
As a foot soak
Soak your
feet 15-20 minutes in a plastic foot tub. Do this ONLY once per day. Add enough
liquid (Magnesium Oil full strength or diluted 50/50 with
Prill or distilled water) to cover the tops of your toes. Pour the
Magnesium Oil into a separate bottle to reuse. You may use a container that
has a secure lid for storage and soaking! When
used full strength, the Magnesium Oil may be reused for up to one month.
Then discard. If the Magnesium Oil gets dirty, discard prior to 30 days! If
desired, rinse feet after soaking and towel dry. FOOT
SOAKS ~ Using enough liquid to only cover the tops of your toes soak 15-20
minutes daily for 2 weeks then 2-3 times a week as maintenance.
- Full strength as a foot
soak ~ this may be reused for up to 30 days. Discard if this becomes
discolored.
- Diluted as a foot soak ~
this is recommended for those with sensitive skin or those with health
concerns. Increase soaking time slowly and discard the solution if it
becomes discolored.
- For single use foot
soaks, add 2-4 ounces to the soaking water (again only enough to cover
the tops of your toes), soak 15-20 minutes and discard liquid after
soaking.

In a bathtub
For
optimum results, and the least expensive route, we recommend the
Magnesium Bath Crystals. These are available in a trial
size, 3/4#, 1 3/4# and 5.5# sizes!
For
general maintenance add 2-4 ounces of Magnesium Oil to a hot bath and soak
20-30 minutes. Remove contact lenses prior to bathing. If your tub is
too small to be totally submerged, soak in shifts ~ ROLL OVER!

As a body spray
Mix a
solution of 50% Magnesium Oil with 50% Prill water or distilled water. Spray
your entire body (remove contact lenses before spraying face). Let air dry
for best results. There is no need for additional washing or rinsing,
however, once dried, the natural salts in the Magnesium Oil may be
uncomfortable to some and rinsing this off is fine. This
may be applied full strength but for those with sensitive skin the 50/50
dilution is recommended. Apply the Magnesium Oil to areas of concern several
times a day and massage gently.

Magnesium Prills
Have an endless
supply of healthy, great-tasting 'micro' water!
Magnesium
Prills alkalize and change ordinary water into “thin” water, which assimilates
into the body cells. Magnesium Prill beads can be used to make water more alkaline
for drinking, cooking, plants, washing vegetables, as a moisturizing
spray, therapeutic bathing and laundry appliances.
Treating water with Magnesium Prills will raise the pH of the water -
making it more alkaline, will soften the water, and actually make the
water thinner which allows greater penetration in and around the cells!

To
treat water for drinking, cooking, plants, washing vegetables, and as
a moisturizing spray …
Prior to initial use discard the plastic bag. Rinse the Prills
for 5 minutes with cold water. Put the Prills into a 1 gallon (4 quart) glass jug (like an
apple cider jug) or sun tea jar. If the bag will not fit into the opening,
slit the bag and pour the Prills in loose. Fill the jug with water and let
sit 24 hours. Initially it takes 24 hours to treat one gallon of water.
After that you may remove - to consume, cook with, water your plants, soak
your feet, etc - up to 3 quarts of water (there are 4 quarts in a gallon). Pour off up to 3 quarts of Prill water and refill. Wait at
least 1 hour and repeat as desired. When you refill the jug (adding 3 quarts
to the 1 quart of treated water) it takes only 1 hour to treat the ENTIRE
NEW GALLON. After the first day you could get 18 gallons of prill water in
24 hours. This would be removing 3 quarts and refilling every hour. Water left to sit may develop a metallic
taste. It is recommended that water not be left longer than 2 weeks. If this
happens, simply discard the water and start over with the same prills! If at
any time you dump the entire gallon, you MUST start over with the initial 24
hour treatment time.
NOTE: Refrigeration is NOT required. If the water is not used within
a few weeks, a metallic taste MAY be noticeable. Dump the water and start
the curing process again if this occurs.

Leave the Magnesium Prills Bath Ball in the mesh bag and discard the plastic
bag. Prior to initial use, rinse the bag containing the prills in cold tap
water for 3-5 minutes to remove the 'prill dust'. Place the Magnesium
Prills Bath Ball in the tub while filling it with hot water (a comfortable
bath temperature).
One Magnesium Prills Bath Ball will last for years!
For the “ultimate bath soak” ~ Put the Prills Bath Ball in the tub. Fill the
tub with hot tap water. You may remove the ball or leave it in the tub. (Let
the Bath Ball dry ~ do not store it wet in an air tight
container.) Add 1 - 2 ounces of Magnesium Oil, 2 - 3 scoops of Magnesium
Bath Crystals, one rounded teaspoon each of Fine Ground Mica Crystals
and Magnesium Snow to your bathtub of Prill water ~ all available from Health and
Wisdom!
Relax and enjoy the sensation and wonders of Magnesium! Soak for 20-30 minutes. Drink plenty of Prill water after soaking to rehydrate your body.

As a
laundry pouch
Treating water with Magnesium Prills will raise the pH of the water ~ making
it more alkaline, will soften the water, and actually make the water thinner
which allows greater penetration in and around the fibers of all fabrics!
Clothes smell great - you may want to rewash your wardrobe!! This works
great with pre-softened water too as it still makes the water thinner!!
Make your own laundry pouch! The Magnesium Prills
need to be rinsed thoroughly before they are put into the pouch. Use heavy cotton mesh material,
such as Duck canvas, sew a pouch ~ leaving an opening for the prills ~ and
put about 1 pound of Magnesium Prills in the pouch. Sew closed. It is a good
idea to double stitch the corners. For normally soiled clothing, a
very small amount of detergent (all natural is preferred) may be
necessary. Adjust this amount for heavily soiled clothing. Pre-treat any
stubborn stains.
Don't want to make your own? No longer a problem, we have the
Laundry Pouch
already made with Magnesium Prills! PRIOR TO
INITIAL USE remove plastic bag and discard. Rinse pouch in cold water for 5
minutes. Simply toss this into the washer as it is filling with water. Start
with 10% of the amount of detergent you normally use and adjust as needed.
You will need to pre-treat any stains as usual. Leave this in through the
entire cycle.
Between loads set the pouch to the side, air drying the pouch is fine. Do
not store in an air tight container. If multiple loads are being washed,
leave the pouch in the washer until you are finished with all the loads then
set it out to air dry.
Remove the Laundry Pouch if you use chlorine bleach as it weakens
the FABRIC. Watch for wear in the pouch fabric and repair or replace as wear
occurs to save the prills! You will still need to pre-treat any stains or heavily-soiled items!
Use up to 90% LESS Detergent - if you use any at all!
NOTE:
Out of the thousands of pounds of Prill units we have sold for treating
drinking water 3 people have commented they had trouble with the bags. One
was in Denmark with terribly corrosive water and the other two likely also
have water that can react with the fabric and prill beads. It is not
necessary to use the bag! This is provided as a convenience when
removing the prills to clean the container. Others have used the bag for
YEARS without incident!
If you wish to clean, sterilize or restore color to the beads place the
package of beads in one cup of pharmacy grade 3% hydrogen peroxide. This
will clean and restore the color to the beads inside the package. Color
changes are related to the type of minerals in the water.
*Prill water is not recommended for cats as this form of
Magnesium can cause kidney trouble.

Laminar Mica Crystals

bottom sheet, arrange the crystals to suit, place another sheet over this to

Magnesium Snow
An excellent detoxifying cellular cleanser
Magnesium Snow can be used as a wonderful face mask. By
detoxifying and cleansing the facial area, Magnesium Snow may produce a more
