I injured my knees years ago (while exercising...) and, with age, have had a difficult time with steps and high heels! Trying to walk after sitting was difficult and I felt like someone's grandmother! I am sure I looked like one too! "Regarding the difference in the Cellerciser vs. other rebounders. If you step on the others with your feet spread apart about 6 inches you will notice that the feet turn in or pronate. Landing with weaker support can cause ankle, knee, hip, and back problems. We are the only unit with the triple-tiered spring design that doesn't need to be replaced every couple years as Nedak has suggested you do with theirs. There are other differences but these are two of the biggest ones. The Cellerciser should be a life long friend.
