THREE HEMP FOODS FROM ROCKY
MOUNTAIN GRAIN PRODUCTS
Here are some impressive facts about hemp's benefit:
HEMP
HEARTS—NATURES POWER FOOD
-
Human
tissues require nourishment every morning with slow digesting proteins,
omega fats and raw, long fiber foods containing vitamins and
enzymes--essential nutrients--not starch, sugar and blended, processed
foods. Those who consume most of their essential nutrients each morning
have all day to utilize any possible excess and can control weight easily.
- Hunger is a signal that the body requires protein.
Those who consume fruit and other foods without protein when they are truly
hungry will continue to be hungry. Those who eat low-protein starches
(cereals, breads, potatoes, pastas and rice) when their bodies call for
protein will be hungry again in two hours. Those who use Hemp Hearts and
other high protein foods to avoid starches are able to control weight by
extending the intervals between their meals to as much as twelve hours.
- Physical weakness is a demand for fuel. Those who
fuel up with quick digesting sugars and starches will be weak again and will
require fuel again soon. Those who use Hemp Hearts and other foods
containing large percentages of slow digesting essential fats--instead of
sugar and starch--do not require energy-boosting snacks and can control
weight easily.
- Digestive systems function best with raw,
unprocessed foods that release nutrients slowly and continuously. The long
fibers in raw, unprocessed foods remain intact to tie wastes together so
they are able to move with contractions through the digestive system. Those
who consume Hemp Hearts with long fiber foods normally expel wastes after
every meal.
- Those who eat significant amounts of sugar, starch
and processed foods inevitably become obese--or they cheat themselves of
essential nutrients, causing progressive tissue health failure.
Insufficient essential nutrients initially cause dry hair and skin, eczema
and psoriasis. Later it may also cause arthritis and prostate
inflammation. Insufficient essential nutrients eventually cause veins and
arteries to lose their elasticity: Unable to expand and contract with each
heartbeat, hardened blood vessels do not assist the heart with circulation
or keep themselves clean. Deteriorating blood vessels increase the
possibility of stroke, aneurysm and heart disease and eventually result in
premature health failure.
- Hemp Hearts are the most concentrated source of
essential nutrients known. Those who consume at least four, but probably
five, heaping tablespoons (55g) of Hemp Hearts every morning, preferably
with long fiber, raw vegetables topped with fruit and yogurt, notice from
the first day that they have enough energy for the entire day, that they
expel wastes after every meal and that they are not hungry again until
mid-afternoon. They have no need for the lunches of bread, potatoes, pasta,
rice and processed foods with added fats that cause obesity and tissue
health failure. On days when they desire to lose weight, they can restrict
themselves to a pot of tea in the afternoon when they first become hungry
and to a large vegetable salad with insignificant dressing in the early
evening—losing up to one pound per day. Those who “fuel up” with Hemp
Hearts and long fiber foods early each morning have sufficient nutrients for
tissue health, sufficient long fiber roughage for colon health and
sufficient energy for success and good mental health. Diabetics should
totally avoid sweet fruit as well as processed cereals and other
starches--restricting themselves to Hemp Hearts, vegetables, meat, fish and
dairy products. Those who change to Hemp Hearts and long fiber foods, but
who do not strictly avoid starches, may sometimes experience gas and watery
stools as liquefied, incompletely digested starches are swept through the
digestive system by faster moving Hemp Hearts and long fiber foods. Those
without excess weight who wish to “turbo-charge” themselves for amazing
productivity and those who need to rebuild their bodies after serious
illness can consume Hemp Hearts again in the afternoon. Sedentary
individuals should avoid consuming Hemp Hearts after breakfast or they may
have too much energy to sleep later.
If you want to impress yourself or if you want to impress
others with the amazing ability of Hemp Hearts to satisfy hunger and provide
energy, please perform the following experiment: Everyone knows that if they
restrict themselves to any quantity of fruit for breakfast that they will be
hungry again very soon--usually within an hour. We suggest that you eat five
tablespoons of Hemp Hearts on top of a bowl of fruit and yogurt for breakfast
(vegetables for diabetics), because you will then certainly notice that you
could easily go without food for many hours--perhaps all day. Those who begin
their day with Hemp Hearts are nutritionally satisfied in a manner that is very
unusual--if not amazing.

A 55 g serving (5 tbsp) contains 314 calories of energy
from 20 g protein, 23.2 g unsaturated fats (14.9 g Omega 6, 4.7 g Omega 3 and
3.5 g Omega 9), 2.7 g saturated fats, 5.9 g carbohydrates, 3.3 g fiber, 2.6 mg
iron, 40.6 mg calcium, 5 mg sodium, 5 mg vitamin E, .55 mg vitamin C, .07 mg
vitamin B6, .18 mg vitamin B2, .76 mg vitamin B1, 1200 IU vitamin D, 2.2 IU
vitamin A, .38 g Potassium, .4 g Phosphorus.
Every lot can be traced back to its origins for testing to be
certain that it is free of contaminants.
Beware of Hemp Protein and Hemp Flour. These competing
products are made by grinding the wastes that remain after the valuable oil has
been extracted from whole hemp seeds. They are mostly composed of indigestible
shells.
MORE THAN A SQUARE
MEAL bars (made mostly with Hemp Hearts)
Fourteen different dried fruit and nut toppings make these the
most varied as well as the most nutritious and best tasting bars available. At
almost half a pound (200g), each 2 inch x 12 inch (5 cm x 30 cm) More Than A
Square Meal bar can be consumed as many separate protein and energy bars, as a
large number of tiny but nutrient packed meal components (servings) or as
several complete, high protein, high energy morning meals. Each MORE THAN A
SQUARE MEAL bar tastes wonderfully like chocolate and one of a variety of
fourteen complimentary fruit or nut toppings, but actually consists mostly of
Hemp Hearts--the best source of protein, essential fats, vitamins and enzymes on
the Earth. About half of one bar is sufficient for most individuals for a
special breakfast--after which they will certainly not require lunch and can
further restrict themselves to a raw vegetable salad in the evening--especially
on those days when they wish to lose weight.
Because protein is our most essential nutrient, human hunger
levels are tuned to the amount of protein available to the body at any time.
The 15g of easily digested protein in the Hemp Hearts component of about half of
one bar will protect the breakfast user from significant hunger until at least
mid-afternoon. Those who begin their day with at least half of one bar can
easily avoid lunch as well as the later consumption of non-essential “fillers”
and “energy boosters”—foods usually composed mostly of sugar, starches and added
fats.
Because the human body uses fat for storing energy, it is
unable to extract energy from fat quickly--quite the opposite of sugars and
starches. Energy produced from digesting fat arrives evenly, unlike the energy
roller coaster experienced by those who eat frequent meals containing sugar,
starch and coffee. Unless they first need to lose considerable weight, those
who begin their day with about half of one bar discover that the 17.7g of omega
fats supplied by the Hemp Hearts component provides sufficient, continuous
energy until evening. Those who consume foods early each morning containing
large percentages of protein and essential fats are not inclined to consume
foods made mostly with sugar, starch and added fats—foods that cause obesity and
premature health failure.
Premature health failure may first appear as high
cholesterol--a sign that veins and arteries have lost their elasticity because
of imperfect diet. Premature health failure may first appear as high blood
pressure--a sign that the heart is over-worked, required to pump blood through
too many miles of sluggish blood vessels. Premature health failure may first
appear as type II diabetes--a sign that relevant organs are no longer capable of
processing sweet foods and starches. Premature health failure may first appear
as celiac disease--a sign that the digestive system is unable to process the
excessive amounts of gluten and starches that are consumed repeatedly when the
body is hungry only because it requires more protein. Premature health failure
may sometimes first appear as depression--often a sign that an individual is
unhappy with the shape and limited function of a body that has become overweight
and sluggish from a diet high in sweet foods and starches.
Those who wish to change their diets to reverse late onset
health problems should eat enough of one bar early each morning that they are
not hungry until mid-afternoon. They should consume fluids without calories
during the day, but especially when they feel hungry. They should restrict
their after-breakfast consumption of food on those days when they wish to lose
weight to a large raw vegetable salad, eaten in the late afternoon without
significant dressing. They should always avoid foods made mostly with sugar,
starch and added fats.
Each bar, replacing many servings of ordinary foods, is
composed of 8 tablespoons (84g) of Hemp Hearts (shelled hemp seeds) bonded
together with a minimal amount of bittersweet chocolate (42 g) and topped
generously with one of many choices of whole nuts or partially dried fruit (74
g)—only three whole foods.
Forty two grams of Hemp Hearts, the major component of half of
one bar contains: 240 calories of energy from 15 g protein, 15 g polyunsaturated
fats (11.4 g omega 6 and 3.6 g omega 3), 2.7 g mono-unsaturated fats (omega 9),
2.1 g saturated fats, 4.5 g carbohydrates including 2.5 g fiber, 2 mg iron, 31
mg calcium, 3.8 mg sodium, 3.8 mg vitamin E, 956 IU vitamin D, .42 mg vitamin C,
.05 mg vitamin B6, .14 mg vitamin B2, .58 mg vitamin B1, 1.68 IU vitamin A. The
dark chocolate in half of one bar contains 9 g of sugar, usually insignificant
in comparison with the quantities of protein, essential fats and other valuable
nutrients present. Those who avoid all sugar should use Hemp Hearts with
vegetables for breakfast—a less expensive, more nutritious choice.
Fourteen bar toppings are available: Almond, Cashew, Pecan,
Brazil Nut, Macadamia Nut, Pine Nut, Cranberry, Blueberry, Strawberry, Raisin,
Prunes, Pineapple, Coconut and Papaya.

HEMP HEARTS WITH RAW FRUIT OR VEGETABLES: Fill a bowl with
selected fruit or vegetable pieces; cover them with plain yogurt and top with
five heaping tablespoons of Hemp Hearts. Or, remove the seeds from half a melon

throughout. Use plenty to enhance flavor, texture and nutritional value. Blend
with other ingredients in spreads and dressings.
STIR-FRY: Add Hemp Hearts generously and mix throughout

brown sugar and one beaten egg to 1/2 cup cooled melted butter and blend well.

dough and do not let mixed dough sit long before cooking.

bouillon packets, 1 tablespoon onion flakes or 1 small diced onion, 2 teaspoons
light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon mustard, 3 tablespoons water and 1 cup Hemp Hearts
